We want to bring on board a Community Manager \& Content Creator to create authentic content, engage with our community, and showcase the behind-the-scenes of some of Patagonia’s most important real estate developments. We seek a curious, creative, and proactive individual who enjoys storytelling, visiting construction sites, interviewing teams, capturing moments, and transforming the company’s day-to-day into valuable content. What will be your mission? Create high-quality content and manage the Group’s social media channels—strengthening brand positioning and building a close, active, and identity-aligned community. Key Responsibilities Plan the content calendar together with the Marketing team. Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Film and edit videos for Reels, Stories, and campaigns. Generate content at offices, construction sites, and events. Interview team members, clients, and company representatives. Write compelling copy for posts. Manage the community and respond to inquiries on social media. Identify trends and propose new content ideas. Analyze engagement and growth metrics. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Community Manager or Content Creator. Portfolio or managed social media accounts (mandatory). Excellent writing skills. Proficiency in Meta Business Suite. Proficiency in Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook. Experience creating video content. Proficiency in CapCut. Canva. Basic knowledge of photography and editing. Availability to travel between offices, construction sites, and events. Especially Valued Experience creating content for brands. Experience in architecture, construction, or real estate. Knowledge of smartphone photography and videography. Basic proficiency in Premiere Pro or Adobe Express.
