Job Summary: We are seeking a Collections Analyst to manage client portfolios, ensure service approvals, billing, and maintain smooth communication with internal and external teams. Key Highlights: 1. Manages client portfolios and coordinates service approvals. 2. Manages client portals and communicates with stakeholders. 3. Attention to detail and organizational skills. We are looking for a **Collections Analyst** to support client portfolio management, ensuring proper service approvals, portal-based billing, and maintaining seamless communication with internal and external teams. This role is critical to ensuring quality and efficiency in account servicing. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute service approvals in accordance with established approval matrices. * Manage client portfolios, ensuring tracking and process compliance. * Maintain consistent communication with Corporate Account Managers of assigned accounts and stakeholders in the US. * Administer and operate various client portals for service and documentation management. **Requirements** * Advanced/fluent English proficiency (spoken and written). * Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Intermediate Excel knowledge (pivot tables, basic formulas, filters). **Preferred Competencies** * Proactivity and ability to learn quickly. * Effective communication skills. * Analytical mindset. * Customer orientation and teamwork. **Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion \& Belonging** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
