




Position Summary: This role leads Plant Services activities, ensuring equipment availability and quality in the delivery of safe and effective products to patients. Key Highlights: 1. You will lead Plant Services activities for the Buenos Aires site. **General Area Responsibilities** The Services Leader ensures availability of equipment providing Plant Services, within the corresponding expense budget. Additionally, they are responsible for the entire plant’s electrical system. **Specific Position Responsibilities** **Specific Responsibilities:** * Actively participate in drafting technical specifications for procurement of new utility equipment and their installations. * Develop corrective/preventive/predictive maintenance schedules for utility and/or electrical equipment, including associated task descriptions and documentation. * Report any identified deviations and actively participate in their investigation and recurrence prevention. * Participate in review of practices and procedures via the Change Control system. Utilities Maintenance * Organize maintenance of central utility equipment for Solid Dosage and Soft Capsule manufacturing plants. * Verify proper operation of utility equipment, maintaining them in optimal efficiency condition per predefined maintenance programs. * Monitor and manage vendors across various contracted services. * Ensure adherence to established cost, consumption, and energy performance metrics, as well as the expense budget. * Report any identified deviations and actively participate in their investigation and recurrence prevention. Other FFL Activities: * Comply with and verify compliance with cGMP and EHS regulations. * Approve design of technical documentation associated with the area. * Promote implementation of improvement projects using Continuous Improvement tools. * Define and implement strategy to achieve results measured by established metrics and continuously improve operational performance. * Manage the area’s financial budget. * Actively participate in Pfizer networks and other corporate-sponsored initiatives. * Select, lead, and motivate personnel reporting to this position to achieve defined objectives; conduct performance evaluations. * Ensure required initial and ongoing training is delivered and maintained for personnel. * Create and implement development plans for direct reports. * Develop succession plans for this position and for direct reports; follow good Recruitment and Selection practices. * Collaborate in activities aimed at fostering an appropriate working environment for all colleagues. **Resources Managed** M\&R Budget Technician Supervisor Technicians: Electrical / Utilities **Key Internal Customers:** Manufacturing, Contractors, Procurement, Finance, Laboratories, Industrial Engineering **Role to whom tasks will be delegated during absence:** EMU Manager **Role for which this position may serve as backup/mentor/reference:** EMU Manager / Technician Supervisor **Education / Training:** Required: University degree in a related field Fluent English language skills (written and oral) Desired: Postgraduate degree in a related field **Work Experience:** Required: Minimum 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry in related roles.
