We are seeking a Store Human Resources Manager (Operational HRBP) for our San Martín and Vicente López stores. Your primary mission will be to design, coordinate, and execute Human Resources initiatives in-store, ensuring the lived experience of organizational culture and delivering a consistent, valuable experience for both internal and external customers. Identify opportunities and challenges that drive more efficient management, oriented toward continuous improvement and focused on people. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and submit personnel updates. * Monitor absenteeism. * Oversee payroll pre-calculation. * Analyze organizational structure and propose solutions to enhance customer service. * Facilitate key departmental processes: culture surveys, learning and development activities, and performance evaluations. * Hold meetings with leaders, employees, and union delegates to address issues potentially affecting daily store operations. * Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for the store. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Reside in the northern zone of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Caseros, San Martín, Vicente López, or nearby areas. * Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field—or currently completing such a degree. * Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong organizational skills to transform information into decisions or initiatives. * Ability to build trust-based relationships, positively influence others, and collaborate effectively.
