Job Summary: At Ecolab, we are seeking a Sr. Planner for the Supply Chain team, responsible for planning and ensuring supply volumes for production and leading the inventory strategy. Portfolio inventory strategy management At **ECOLAB**, we are looking for a **Sr.** **Planner** to join our **Supply Chain** team based at our production facility located in **Pilar**. **Job Responsibilities:** * Plan and ensure supply of required volumes via S\&OP for plant production, considering lead times from various material and finished goods supply sources. * Provide feedback to procurement staff to assist in acquiring supplier components necessary to support production. * Provide feedback to other Planners regarding material and product availability and potential risks. * Provide feedback to Customer Service regarding finished goods availability. * Review daily shipping lists with Production Supervisors to maintain accurate availability dates. * Interact daily with procurement staff to coordinate component dispatch to support the plant’s service level and ensure a consistent flow of materials through production. * Responsible for tracking orders with the International Trade team. * Lead supply source change projects or alternative sourcing initiatives. * Own the inventory strategy for your portfolio, including annual budgeting. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Organization degree, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. * Intermediate to advanced English (preferred) * Availability to work on-site at the plant (Pilar Industrial Park) **Work Arrangement: Hybrid** **Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion \& Belonging** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
