Position Summary: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, seeking optimal conditions in terms of price, delivery time, quality, and financing for the institution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the end-to-end procurement process under optimal conditions. 2. Identify, evaluate, and develop new supplier alternatives. 3. Strong negotiation skills and proactive problem-solving ability to address unforeseen issues. SENIOR PROCUREMENT ANALYST Position Objective: Collaborate with the department head to manage the end-to-end procurement process under optimal conditions regarding price, delivery time, quality, and financing. Main Responsibilities Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop new supplier alternatives. Maintain smooth communication and negotiate commercial terms (prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules). Administrative Management: Receive, process, and organize purchase orders from various institutional departments within the procurement unit. Enter purchase orders into the system, track their status, and coordinate with the payments department. Inventory Control: Coordinate inventory levels with the warehouse manager to ensure alignment with requisitions, and manage claims related to discrepancies or damages. Support the department head in achieving established objectives. Desired Profile Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers to secure optimal terms. Organization: Detail-oriented and methodical, capable of prioritizing urgent tasks and maintaining rigorous records of purchases/budgets. Proactivity: Ability to swiftly resolve unforeseen issues and propose improvements to procurement processes. Ethics: High level of integrity in handling funds, budgets, and commercial relationships. Additional Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar roles (industrial environment experience highly valued). IT Tools: Proficient use of Excel and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Procurement and analysis of goods from suppliers. Updating costs and selling prices.
