Project Manager / Developer – Metallurgical Company Western Zone (Merlo / surrounding areas) We are currently looking for a Project Manager / Developer to join a leading metallurgical company, with the objective of leading technical and continuous improvement projects within the plant. Responsibilities Lead, plan, and execute technical and industrial projects. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (production, engineering, maintenance, quality, procurement, and logistics). Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and documentation. Monitor progress and ensure adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards. Interact with suppliers, customers, and contractors. Develop and implement technological solutions and process improvements. Role Focus (according to profile): Automation / Software Development of production management systems (inventory, traceability, maintenance). Integration with PLC, SCADA, and IoT. Industrial process digitalization. Engineering / Product Design and improvement of metal parts and structures. Technical development, drawings, and documentation. Optimization of production processes (Lean / Kaizen). Requirements Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical, Systems, or related fields). Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in similar positions. Knowledge of metallurgical processes (machining, welding, etc.). Preferred qualifications: Proficiency in technological or engineering tools: Software: .NET, Python, SQL, ERP, PLC, SCADA. Design: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor. Experience in project management.
