




**Job Description** Responsible for managing the acquisition of supplies, materials, and services provided in the local market, from quotation requests to receiving purchased goods/services at the Plant, meeting quality, timeline, and cost expectations required to maintain company operations. **Requirements** Education/Training: Student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Desirable knowledge in procurement. Language: Written, spoken, and technical English (basic level). Availability: Part Time. **Additional Information** * Assist the Local Procurement and Operations team with technical and administrative tasks. * Support local procurement planning and follow-up to ensure operational objectives are met, from material supply to timely and accurate product receipt. * Comply with internal procedures, quality requirements, and established deadlines. * Issue and properly follow up on local purchase orders. * Track area records. * Maintain updated documentation and records of the department. * Prepare documentation related to the area. * Assist in preparing management reports.
