Position Summary: General Procurement Analyst responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and executing the best procurement options for goods and services for the Health Insurance Organization, hospitals, and medical centers. Advisory and analysis to optimize costs. **OBRA SOCIAL UNIÓN PERSONAL** is seeking a **GENERAL PROCUREMENT ANALYST** for its **PROCUREMENT AND MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT**. **POSITION OBJECTIVE** To evaluate, analyze, and execute the optimal procurement option for general goods and services—considering price, quality, delivery timelines, and financing terms—to ensure the supply of required goods and services for internal customers, thereby supporting the normal operation of the Health Insurance Organization, its hospitals, and medical centers. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Procure supplies, materials, equipment, and various services. * Negotiate with suppliers and ensure the optimal balance between cost and quality. * Monitor the status of purchase orders with suppliers. * Efficiently address urgent procurement requests to meet exceptional needs, complying with established tender procedures. * Develop and update the supplier portfolio. * Analyze, research, and advise internal customers on products and services to optimize costs. * Monitor deliveries and file claims against suppliers for agreed-upon supplies and services. * Prepare quotations and report them to relevant internal departments. * Request product samples from suppliers when appropriate. * Monitor, maintain, and update required information and documentation regarding suppliers. * Advise, analyze, and propose alternative suppliers for assigned categories. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES** Results orientation, Collaborative work, Customer orientation, Communication, and Commitment. **EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience in similar positions handling high-volume procurement, with over 3 years’ experience. * Excellent negotiation skills; ability to work effectively in teams; results orientation. **EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Public Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; advanced studies or completed degree. * IT tools: Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with management systems. **WORKING CONDITIONS** * Working hours: Full Time * Work location: CABA * Highly competitive employment conditions and benefits are offered (Cafeteria, Birthday Day, Daycare, School Kit, Children’s Day Gift, Gift Card Raffle).
