**Example of your day** =============================== In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a safety culture at work by advising and monitoring the operations and maintenance team to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements. You will participate in workplace audits and in the implementation of safety, health, and environmental policies and standards. You will coordinate and execute annual EHS training programs and drills, supervising the development of safe task analyses (STS) and risk assessments for activities. Additionally, you will actively participate in internal and external audits, periodic inspections, and work permit controls. Your day will also include investigating accidents and incidents, proposing corrective actions, and preparing periodic reports contributing to continuous improvement in occupational safety and health. **How you will stand out** =================== * Implementing and promoting preventive culture through training and drills. * Controlling documentation and managing access to the plant for employees and contractors. * Keeping records up to date in the management system. * Assisting in EHS area procurement management and PPE inventory control. * Preparing monthly and periodic safety and hygiene reports. * Ensuring compliance with hazard, risk, and environmental aspects matrices. **What you bring** ================== * Technical qualification in Safety and Hygiene with professional license, or advanced student in Occupational Health and Safety degree. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles within energy or industrial processes. * Knowledge of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards. * Intermediate level in computer tools. * Basic English proficiency. * Availability to travel and perform rotating passive shifts. **About the team** ===================== You will become part of our Generation Business Unit, which offers technologies, services, and solutions for centralized and decentralized energy production.
