Position Summary: You will lead a team to design, define, plan, and evolve the mobile and fixed Core network architecture, ensuring high availability and scalability. Key Highlights: 1. We seek professionals capable of operating in a context of digital evolution and innovation, who generate new challenges and develop business opportunities. **Your role will be:** To lead a team whose primary responsibility is to design, define, plan, and evolve the mobile and fixed Core network architecture, with a focus on ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance, while guaranteeing operational continuity and the best customer experience. **Your key challenges will be:** * Core Architecture: evaluate, define, size, and **design the optimal architecture to meet current and future service requirements** (capacity, obsolescence, security, measurement) and **ensure resilience by design** (redundancy, resilience, and continuity during failures and contingencies). * Planning: **evaluate, define, and present a project plan for inclusion in next year’s annual budget**. Manage the handover of these projects to the Procurement team, track their status, and support the Procurement team as required. * Proactively manage capacity and lifecycle: ensure sustained performance through **capacity planning, traffic forecasting, obsolescence control, technology roadmap, and KPI analysis** to prevent degradation and interruptions. * Manage **cross-functional communication and collaboration** (Engineering, Operations, Budget, Procurement, IT, External Vendors, etc.). * Standardization, simplification, and innovation: promote architectural practices and patterns that reduce complexity, accelerate time\-to\-market, and improve Core operability. **Lead research into new standards, architectures, platforms, and functionalities**. **What we require from you:** * Minimum 3 years of direct experience leading Network Architecture teams. * Completed university degree in Engineering / Systems / Telecommunications. * English language proficiency to understand documentation and conduct technical conversations. * Executive communication skills, preventive mindset, and strong commitment to self-development. * Service orientation, empathy, and customer\-centric focus. * Simplicity and practicality in thinking and execution. * Leadership. **This position is based in** ***CABA***
