




Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, controlling, and managing components and spare parts to ensure timely order delivery to customers and support workshop administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages components and spare parts to ensure delivery to customers. 2. Supports general administrative tasks of the workshop. 3. Requires experience in inventory management and Office applications. Sandvik Argentina is seeking: Administrative Support – Workshop Caleta Olivia Responsibilities: * Responsible for receiving and controlling components entering the workshop, purchasing and tracking required spare parts, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery of customer orders while providing high-quality service. Main Responsibilities: * Receive and control components sent by customers. * Control and dispatch repaired components. * Manage documentation required to enter components into the system (Job creation). * Purchase necessary spare parts for repairs. * Track and classify purchased spare parts (tariff positions). * Receive purchased spare parts and store them. * Receive and control purchase orders. * Conduct full and/or partial inventory counts as scheduled. * Support general administrative tasks of the workshop. * Report any situation arising during work activities that could pose a hazard, risk, or environmental impact to the Workshop Supervisor and/or EHS. * Perform other duties assigned within the scope of competence. Your Profile: * Technical degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Desirable). * Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions. * Other Requirements: Driver’s license. * Availability to work under mining regime. * Inventory management and manual handling of parts. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Intermediate technical English – desirable. * Desirable: JBA CRM.
