As an **Accounts Payable Supervisor**, you will be responsible for supporting the Argentine market, leading the Accounts Payable and Procurement team, ensuring market requests are processed accurately and timely, meeting service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI). You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, developing team capabilities, and fostering innovation and productivity. ***A day in the life of…*** * Lead the team to ensure proper execution of Accounts Payable and Procurement processes. * Ensure SLA and KPI compliance across all activities. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives using NCE methodologies. * Develop and motivate the team, recognizing achievements and promoting collaborative work. * Simplify complex problems and propose innovative solutions. * Align processes with market optimizers to improve end\-to\-end experience. ***What will make you successful?*** * Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations or related fields * Previous experience in Accounts Payable and Procurement. * Previous experience with SAP * Leadership skills (people management and development) * Excellent customer relationship, communication and service orientation skills * Ability to work in a multifunctional environment
