Main responsibilities include: * Gathering and analyzing customer requirements * Implementing the solutions we represent * Providing post-implementation support to customers * Escalating cases to vendors when necessary * Generating reports and documentation for implemented solutions or based on special customer requests Requirements: * Proven experience of 2 years in similar positions. * General knowledge of operating systems and databases * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. * Ability to analyze customer requirements and complex situations. * Teamwork capability. * Communication skills. * Proactivity. * Project management (desirable).
