Talento PyME is looking for an Architect for a major construction company, focused on supervising and coordinating horizontal construction projects using the Steel Frame system. We seek a professional with leadership, organizational ability, and a solution-oriented approach to ensure construction quality and timely delivery. Requirements Graduated Architect. Age: 35 to 55 years. Proven experience in managing and directing horizontal construction projects, preferably with Steel Frame (not mandatory). Own transportation (mandatory). Leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. Proactive, organized profile with capacity to coordinate work teams. Responsibilities Planning, execution, and control of Steel Frame construction projects. Supervision of construction progress, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Coordination of work teams and supplier management. Resolution of unforeseen issues, resource optimization, and monitoring of construction KPIs.
