No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential. **Responsibilities** * Manage and maintain Snowflake environments including warehouses, databases, schemas, roles, and user accounts * Monitor system performance, optimize queries, and manage storage usage for cost efficiency * Implement automation for provisioning, scaling, and maintenance tasks * Manage Snowflake version upgrades, patches, and system integrations * Oversee data ingestion pipelines and integrate with external systems such as AWS S3, Glue, and DBT * Configure and manage Snowpipe and Task/Stream for real\-time and batch data loading * Analyze workload patterns to optimize warehouse sizing, caching, and auto\-suspend settings * Implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track performance, usage, and cost trends * Recommend and implement improvements in query performance and data architecture * Support data engineers and analysts with efficient SQL queries and data models * Provide training and documentation for Snowflake users and stakeholders * Participate in on\-call rotations and respond to critical data incidents **Requirements** * 2\+ years of relevant experience with Snowflake platform administration and optimization * Experience in managing data ingestion pipelines and integration with AWS Data Services * Experience in SQL and database administration * Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and automation * Analytical skills to monitor and optimize system performance and costs * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams * Problem\-solving skills for troubleshooting ingestion and transformation issues * Communication skills to provide training and documentation * Upper\-Intermediate English language proficiency **Nice to have** * Experience with Snowpipe and Task/Stream configurations * Familiarity with DBT for data transformation * Knowledge of AWS Glue for data integration * Experience in monitoring and dashboard tools for data platforms **We offer** * Connectivity Bonus (25,000 ARS are paid with a salary receipt at the end of each month as a non\-wages concept). * Medicina Prepaga (It covers the collaborator and direct family group). * Paternity Leave (Two additional days are added to what is established by law, total of 4 days). * Discounts card. * English Training (English lessons, twice per week). * Training Program (Access to multiple customized training plans according to the needs of each role within the company). * Marriage bonus (The company doubles the allowance established by law that ANSES offers). * Referral Program (Referral bonus is paid when the referral of a collaborator joins the Company). * External Agreements and Discounts. * Vacations: 14 calendar days a year *By applying to our role, you are agreeing that your personal data may be used as in set out in EPAM´s Privacy Notice and Policy.*
