




**Description** --------------- **The Role:** * Design and analyze key stages of the customer communication experience, proposing continuous improvements and developing strategies. * Create graphic and multimedia content (mailings, banners, posters, manuals, audiovisuals, etc.) aligned with WTW and/or client guidelines. * Actively participate in creative processes, contributing innovative ideas and visual solutions that connect with audiences. * Develop visual and content narratives that reinforce brand storytelling. * Propose new ways to communicate our value proposition in a relevant and distinctive manner. * Coordinate and execute corporate events that strengthen the brand and customer experience. * Share materials with teams from different countries and areas, ensuring consistency and quality. * Manage relationships with suppliers, including negotiation, billing, and administration of the assigned budget. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Requirements:** * University degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, or related fields. * Experience in similar roles, especially in creative and collaborative environments. * Proficiency in design and multimedia editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of UI/UX design and experience in user-centered digital projects. * Desirable experience in end-to-end integrated B2B campaigns. * Teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration skills. * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes. * Prioritization of activities with judgment to identify urgent tasks. * Ability to manage frustration in dynamic environments. * Effective time management and adherence to deadlines. * Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency is essential. * Attach a portfolio or recent work samples when applying. *Equal employment opportunity*
