Become a key member of our support team as a **Lead ServiceNow Developer** specializing in ITSM standard modules, Workspaces deployment, and application engine improvements. No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential. **Responsibilities** * Resolve bugs in ServiceNow ITSM modules * Deploy Workspaces features to improve client accessibility * Create and improve applications using ServiceNow App Engine * Maintain and update CMDB, HAM, and SAM modules * Design and build dashboards for monitoring and reporting * Work closely with clients to collect requirements and deliver solutions * Organize and manage a backlog of enhancements and requests * Conduct testing and rollout of ServiceNow updates and customizations * Prepare technical documentation and process guidelines * Offer support and training to team members and clients **Requirements** * Proven experience in ServiceNow development with over 5 years * Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, HAM, and SAM modules * Familiarity with ITSM standard modules and Workspaces deployment * Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine development * Capability to manage and prioritize a large backlog of enhancements * Excellent problem\-solving and analytical capabilities * Effective communication and teamwork skills * English proficiency at B2 level or above **Nice to have** * Experience in creating and customizing dashboards * Knowledge of bug tracking and issue resolution methodologies * Certifications in ServiceNow development or administration **We offer** * Connectivity Bonus (25,000 ARS are paid with a salary receipt at the end of each month as a non\-wages concept). * Medicina Prepaga (It covers the collaborator and direct family group). * Paternity Leave (Two additional days are added to what is established by law, total of 4 days). * Discounts card. * English Training (English lessons, twice per week). * Training Program (Access to multiple customized training plans according to the needs of each role within the company). * Marriage bonus (The company doubles the allowance established by law that ANSES offers). * Referral Program (Referral bonus is paid when the referral of a collaborator joins the Company). * External Agreements and Discounts. * Vacations: 14 calendar days a year *By applying to our role, you are agreeing that your personal data may be used as in set out in EPAM´s Privacy Notice and Policy.*
