Our mission: **to captivate the target audience.** We are growing and want to welcome a **Graphic Designer specializing in Motion Graphics** to our Art Direction team in Rosario—someone with a modern perspective, curiosity about innovation, and passion for detail. **Your Responsibilities / What You’ll Do** * Create powerful audiovisual pieces: from storyboard to final animation. * Design commercials, explainers, campaigns, and social content—including intros, bumpers, transitions, and VFX. * Ensure visual and technical quality of all deliverables. * Collaborate with creative teams in Argentina and Germany. **Your Profile / About You** * Tertiary or university degree in Graphic Design. * 4+ years of experience in Motion Graphics (agency or studio). * Full proficiency in **Adobe Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Audition). * Interest in or experience with **Cinema 4D and/or Blender**. * Familiarity with **AI tools for design** (Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.). * Fluent English (German is a plus). * Creativity, organization, and teamwork mindset. **Benefits / What We Offer** * A relaxed, international culture. * Flexible hours and hybrid/remote work options. * Internationally competitive equipment. * Training in AI and emerging technologies. * 20 working days of vacation (~30 consecutive days per year). * Coffee and fresh fruit always available. **Please submit your application (in English)** with a cover letter, CV, and portfolio to **laura@wearefamily.eu** Subject: *“Motion Designer Application” + your name* Include your salary expectations and possible start date.
