We are seeking a person passionate about visual communication and design, capable of taking an idea and creatively conveying it, delivering the first impression of the company and making images speak for themselves. Ideally, we are looking for professionals who have completed a university degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or Advertising. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop an effective communication flow between physical and virtual spaces where the company's brands interact with the public. * Actively support establishing a collaborative work environment between the marketing/communication area and other areas/external agents. * Plan, together with area management, visual communication proposals to strengthen the company's image identity. * Interpret internal/external briefs and translate them into requested designs and modifications. * Design multi\-platform communication materials (social media, e\-mail marketing, broadcasts, etc.). * Design advertising materials across all media (digital and print). **GENERAL PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: undergraduate university degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or Advertising (mandatory); postgraduate degree in Digital Design, Multimedia Design, Animation or Digital Art (preferred). * Solid background in audiovisual/graphic/web design (image editing, digital development, graphic composition, assemblies). * At least 3 years of professional experience. * Awareness of the latest trends in design and digital marketing. * Advanced English (mandatory) / Advanced Portuguese (non-mandatory / desirable). * Knowledge of and interest in technology. * Creativity, responsibility, attention to detail. * Positive attitude, dynamism, autonomy in the workplace. * "Up\-to\-date mind". * Cultural openness / Diversity. **Audiovisual Design:** * Premiere Pro * Cinema 4D * CapCut Formats: H264, MOV, Alpha, GIF **Graphic Design:** * Photoshop * Illustrator * XD * Lightroom * Figma Format: social media, brochures, banners, print **Web Design:** * HTML * CSS * Wordpress * SEO **Operating Systems:** * Windows * MAC Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
