As the Patagoniart Programs Leader, you will be responsible for **designing, implementing, and managing a unique artistic loyalty program that connects art with the world of work,** aiming to strengthen well-being, productivity, and engagement among Patagonians. By promoting creativity, talent development, and internal community cohesion, you will positively impact IT Patagonia's employer brand. Requirements: * +3 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in culture, employer branding, or human resources areas. * Knowledge of organizational well-being initiatives and creative activities (art, design, music, etc.). * Leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams. * Advanced student or graduate in HR, Labor Relations, media and entertainment management, events, or related fields. Responsibilities: * Development and Strategy: Create and execute the Patagoniart program strategy aligned with the company's values and objectives, focusing on talent retention through art. * Project Management: Coordinate and supervise all program-related activities, including events, workshops, exhibitions, and creative activities for Patagonians. * Community Building: Develop initiatives that strengthen the internal community, creating spaces for participation and connection for employees, both inside and outside the office. * Well-being and Productivity: Implement activities that promote well-being and creativity outside regular work routines, aiming to increase employee satisfaction and productivity. * Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other teams such as Internal Communications, People, and Marketing to ensure the program aligns with corporate goals. * Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated to the program, ensuring efficient use of resources. * Impact Evaluation: Measure and analyze the program's impact in terms of employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention, proposing continuous improvements.
