What You’ll Do As a Phone Recruiter, you’ll: * Call and screen applicants who have already applied to our paid studies * Use provided screening sheets to qualify participants * Email, call, and sometimes persuade people to take part in research studies * Track your progress and performance against clear KPIs: * Number of calls made per hour * Number of recruits scheduled per hour This isn’t cold\-calling—you’ll be connecting with people who already want to participate. Your job is to ensure they’re a great fit and get them scheduled. Hours \& Growth * Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (32 hours per week).
