**Job Offer Details** ------------------------- The Test Manager in the field of payment systems SEPA (SCT / SDD) and pagoPA will be responsible for planning testing phases, defining the test strategy, and organizing and coordinating the testing team within software projects. Monitor and maintain test documentation, collaborate with the team to resolve issues or defects identified during the testing process. Main Responsibilities Define and implement end\-to\-end test strategy Coordinate testing teams (manual and/or automated) Plan testing activities and prepare technical documentation (test book, test plan, entry / exit criteria). Supervise execution of functional tests, SIT integration, UAT and regression testing. Collaborate with development teams, product owners and business stakeholders. Preparation and release of Test Progress Report and Test Summary Report Introduce metrics to measure test progress and evaluate product quality Support selection and implementation of tools / methodologies for the testing process Required Qualifications At least 3 \- 5 years of experience as Test Manager or Test Lead. Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of Agile (Scrum and Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies Experience with API testing, batch flows Knowledge of test management and monitoring tools: JIRA, Zephyr, ALM Octane Strong communication, leadership and problem solving skills Experience in regulated environments (banking, fintech, insurance).
