In this role, you’ll go beyond recruitment: you’ll design efficient pipelines, oversee vendor relationships, and contribute to strategic decisions that ensure we meet client needs on time and at scale.This position requires a strategic, business\-oriented mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, and cost.
