Participate in and track necessary activities for executing projects related to Operations Real Estate. Keep contract management updated in SAP, including regularization, uploading of signed documentation, and monthly cost accounting. Receive, manage, and track billing for utilities, taxes, insurance, leases, and other expenditures associated with Real Estate operations. Are you the right person? You hold a technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. You have at least 2 years of prior experience in similar administrative, contract, or property management roles. You possess proficiency in IT tools, especially Microsoft Office (advanced Excel is highly valued) and Power BI. You demonstrate negotiation, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
