




The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of the Maturity Assessment tool, a cornerstone of the CT Engineering Strategy. This program is designed to evaluate the maturity of our core applications against established engineering standards, ensuring that our projects align with best practices and industry benchmarks. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, managing timelines, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality expectations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex project landscapes and drive initiatives that enhance our engineering capabilities. Collaboration is key to the success of this role, as the Project Manager will work closely with various teams, including CTE Portfolio Leaders, CTE Competencies , and Program Execution. By fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication among these stakeholders, the Project Manager will ensure that assessments are conducted efficiently and that insights gained from the evaluations are effectively integrated into our engineering processes.
