Continuous learning in technical and regulated environments At AKRIBIS, we are looking for a **Project Manager** to join our team and lead the planning, coordination, and monitoring of technical projects in demanding environments such as the pharmaceutical industry and large organizations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, anticipating, and executing: transforming multiple tasks and stakeholders into a clear plan, identifying bottlenecks before they occur, and ensuring projects advance with quality and on time. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Plan, organize, and monitor projects (end\-to\-end). * Build and maintain schedules (Gantt charts), identifying milestones and dependencies. * Identify critical processes, risks, and deviations, proposing corrective actions. * Coordinate and communicate across different areas (technical, commercial, operations). * Monitor system installations. * Ensure adherence to deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards. * Provide visibility into project status for internal and external stakeholders. **Requirements** -------------- * Experience in project management (ideally in technical, industrial, or regulated environments). * Planning, organization, and prioritization skills. * Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, or others). * Analytical, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile. * Strong interpersonal communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skills. #### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, laboratories, or validation. * Knowledge of qualification processes (IQ, OQ, PQ). * Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. **What We Offer** ----------------- * Participation in high-impact projects at major companies. * Close proximity to operations and the opportunity to drive real improvements. * Space to organize, structure, and scale project management practices. * Continuous learning in technical and regulated environments. ##### **Work Modality and Location** Full Time \- Standard schedule Monday to Friday On-site work Location: CABA \- Montserrat Neighborhood **Application** --------------- Please submit your CV and briefly tell us: * your experience managing projects (types of projects and industries), * which tools you use for planning and monitoring, * an example of a project where you resolved a critical issue.
