Your mission will be to support the O\&M Management team on core operational and maintenance management matters for the Salta power plants, with the aim of providing tools for strategic and tactical decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage milestone and annual fixed fee payments, Activation Model, and key sections of the Long-Term Maintenance Contract TERMOANES / SIEMENS. Track parts shipments, prepare purchase requisitions, and support COMEX and Warehousing departments. * Collaborate in preparing OPEX and CAPEX budgets for various Salta power plants. Conduct historical analysis, periodic budget tracking, deviation alerts, inter-account budget transfers, and long-term investment outlook. * Develop and maintain up-to-date KPI Control Dashboard for Salta power plant management. Prepare various reports and presentations required by Salta power plant O\&M Management teams. * Conduct periodic training sessions for the O\&M team on maintenance engineering concepts, reliability, SAP management, etc., within your area of responsibility. * Provide support to various O\&M departments regarding interpretation of key maintenance indicators, budgets, warehousing, etc. * Support O\&M Management teams in analyzing and monitoring fixed O\&M costs. * Maintain updated information for your area of responsibility within the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45\.001, etc.). * Monitor investment projects (CAPEX) throughout their lifecycle, maintaining timely updates and continuous communication with respective department and engineering leads until project completion and subsequent accounting activation. Responsible for asset additions and disposals. * Review monthly expense provisions and OPEX / CAPEX forecasts. * Monitor and update InterAndes investments requested by ENRE (Five-Year Investment Plan). * Collaborate with various O\&M departments on local logistics matters in Salta and track maintenance of AES fleet vehicles. **Requirements** * University degree in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Electromechanical Engineering. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of Maintenance Management. * Advanced Excel skills. * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of SAP and Power BI (desirable). * Intermediate English (desirable). **We improve the lives of over 10\+ million people through safe and reliable energy delivery.
