The work model for the role is: onsite This role is contributing to the Smart Building division in Argentina. You will be mainly accountable for:* Collaborating with various teams to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines. * Utilizing understanding of customers' needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers, ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with customer requirements. * Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts. * Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills. *Our team dynamics* You will join a dynamic, talented, high-performing and experienced team, where you will be able to thrive. **Qualifications for the role*** You are a student of Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * You are engaged in Lean Manufacturing methodologies and the industrial engineering and electrical sectors. * You enjoy working with digital tools and balance them with shop-floor methodologies and the electrification market. * You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools. * You are passionate about Quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement methodologies. * You are comfortable communicating in English.
