**Project Manager / Business Analyst** **Location:** Córdoba, Argentina **Salary:** Competitive in USD **Schedule:** Monday to Friday (8:00 am \- 5:00 pm or 9:00 am \- 6:00 pm CST). **What will you do in this role?** As a **Project Manager / Business Analyst**, you will be responsible for leading projects to implement **UCaaS** and **CCaaS** platforms, working directly with clients to ensure outcomes and return on investment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. * Document and track deliverables, reports, and decisions. * Create checklists for implementations and test plans (UAT). * Organize data and documentation in appropriate repositories. * Analyze operational and financial data to measure impact. * Prepare presentations and materials for meetings. * Keep project documentation updated and assess risks. **Requirements** * **Experience:** 2\-4 years in project management and business analysis. * **Education:** University degree (preferred). * **Languages:** Fluent English C1 (spoken and written). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Contact center operations and digital channels. * Familiarity with platforms such as Genesys, Nice CXOne, Five9 (desirable). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Experience with project management tools (Lucidchart, SmartSheets, ClickUp, Asana, Monday). * **Plus:** Interest in AI-driven technologies. **Key Competencies** * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple projects. **Interested?** Apply now and become part of a team transforming customer experience and business efficiency!
