In this role, the individual will be responsible for planning and updating the production program, ensuring that each order progresses on time and as scheduled. To achieve this, they must develop daily, weekly, and monthly plans, ensuring that the manufacturing sequence aligns with installed capacity, raw material availability, and plant operational conditions. They will also collaborate closely with Logistics and Warehouse teams, verifying storage space, priorities, and ensuring that material flow supports the production strategy with agility and precision. They will play a central role in monitoring plan execution, tracking compliance, and promptly identifying any deviations — such as shortages, rescheduling, or unplanned stoppages — to propose necessary adjustments and ensure uninterrupted production. Additionally, they will maintain constant interaction with departments including Production, Procurement, and Maintenance, coordinating requirements, anticipating potential bottlenecks, and collaborating on scheduling technical shutdowns to minimize operational impact. Simultaneously, we seek someone with a continuous improvement mindset. The individual must identify opportunities to reduce scheduling-related costs, develop and maintain KPI dashboards, and propose improvements that optimize installed capacity utilization and end-to-end production flow. This is an ideal role for analytical, organized, and results-driven individuals with strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit. We especially value proactivity, initiative in driving improvements, and the flexibility required to adapt to the natural changes of a dynamic production facility. Requirements: Currently pursuing or completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. Solid knowledge of production processes. Proficiency in SAP PP/MM and data analysis tools (Power BI / Python). (Desirable) Outstanding skills in analysis, organization, and effective communication.
