In this role, the candidate will be responsible for planning and updating the production schedule, ensuring that each order progresses on time and as scheduled. To achieve this, they must develop daily, weekly, and monthly plans, ensuring that the manufacturing sequence aligns with installed capacity, input availability, and plant operational conditions. They will also work closely with Logistics and Warehouse teams, verifying storage space, priorities, and ensuring material flow supports the production strategy with agility and precision. The candidate will play a central role in tracking the plan, monitoring its execution, and rapidly identifying any deviations — such as shortages, rescheduling, or unplanned stoppages — to propose necessary adjustments and ensure uninterrupted production. Additionally, they will maintain constant interaction with departments including Production, Procurement, and Maintenance, coordinating requirements, anticipating potential bottlenecks, and collaborating on scheduling technical shutdowns to minimize operational impact. Simultaneously, we seek someone with a continuous improvement mindset. The candidate must identify opportunities to reduce scheduling-related costs, develop and maintain KPI dashboards, and propose improvements optimizing installed capacity utilization and end-to-end production flow. This is an ideal role for individuals with an analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for teamwork. We especially value proactivity, initiative in driving improvements, and the flexibility required to adapt to the natural changes within a constantly moving plant. Requirements: Currently pursuing or completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. Solid knowledge of production processes. Proficiency in SAP PP/MM and data analysis tools (Power BI / Python). (Desirable) Outstanding skills in analysis, organization, and effective communication.
