Apply now to help teams deliver measurable outcomes. **Responsibilities** * Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of technology\-focused projects to meet strategic goals * Drive design discussions and facilitate consensus on solution architecture decisions with engineering and architecture stakeholders * Coordinate cross\-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure clear priorities, dependencies, and delivery cadence * Oversee and maintain project documentation in project management tools, including requirements, specifications, and status updates * Track and report OKRs/KPIs to measure progress, risks, and delivery performance * Automate reporting and repeatable processes to reduce manual effort and improve delivery transparency * Promote and apply AI tools across the portfolio to improve productivity and decision\-making * Support engineering leadership by assisting the Head Engineer as needed * Collaborate with product and business teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives **Requirements** * 2\+ years delivery management or project management experience in a technology\-focused environment * 2\+ years experience managing multiple projects and coordinating cross\-functional teams * Ability to support engineering leadership and partner with enterprise architecture on key initiatives * Strong project planning and execution skills aligned to strategic objectives * Hands\-on proficiency with Atlassian Jira and similar project management tooling * Working knowledge of AI solution engineering and AI developer tools * Basic coding skills in Bash, Python, Kotlin, or related languages * Strong technical documentation skills for requirements, specifications, and progress reporting * Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills to drive alignment * Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced) **Nice to have** * Experience creating and maintaining design documentation for enterprise architecture * Java development experience **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
