Here, we focus on developing both chemical products and biotechnological solutions for Wheat, Corn, Winter Cereals, regional crops, and intensive crops. We implement trial programs to determine proper positioning and usage recommendations, supporting product registration and launch, as well as organizing field tours and technical talks to contribute expertise and knowledge in the development of zonal, regional, and multidisciplinary teams. **Candidate** In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out product development and new technology activities aligned with the local and regional R\&D Project teams. **What will you do?** You will operate in a dynamic technical environment where collaboration with other R\&D teams is part of everyday work. Planning, organization, and effective communication will be key to fulfilling your responsibilities, which include**:** * Managing work plans and trial programs, ensuring their proper implementation. * Executing trial protocols, promoting quality and achievement of technical objectives. * Collecting and analyzing data generated from field evaluations, integrating internal and external results for presentation in technical forums. * Representing the Product Development team in regional, local, and global R\&D, Marketing, and other internal and external meetings.
