We are currently seeking an HR Analyst to join our rice business, based in Mercedes, Corrientes, with a strong focus on operations and fieldwork. **Key responsibilities:** * End-to-end management of recruitment and selection processes for operational, technical, and professional staff. * Development and updating of job descriptions aligned with the business’s actual needs. * Design and maintenance of organizational charts. * Support for both hard and soft HR processes. * Implementation and follow-up of performance evaluations. * Preparation of reports, metrics, and statistics for the HR department. * Analysis of the operational context to anticipate challenges and propose concrete actions.
