Leadership in implementing new systems and processes **Your main functions and responsibilities will be:** Coordinate the installation and removal of meters for our users, ensuring accurate consumption measurement and regulatory compliance. Manage billing levels through suspension and reconnection actions, maintaining collection efficiency and reducing losses. Supervise and control energy loss indices, ensuring process quality. Monitor communication levels of smart meters, ensuring reliability of field-collected data. Verify traceability of the technical service warehouse through records and inventory systems, ensuring equipment availability. Lead the implementation of new systems and processes within the sector, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure proper adoption and operational continuity. Requirements Tertiary technical or university degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. Two years of experience in public utility or utility companies, in maintenance, operations, technical service, or electrical network departments. Knowledge of electrical installations, distribution networks, and current technical regulations. Familiarity with safety and hygiene standards for electrical work. Team management and effective communication skills.
