**Example of your day** You will be responsible for the management of electrical, instrumentation and control equipment maintenance, aiming to guarantee the availability and integrity of our client's assets. **How you will stand out** * Responsible for planning resources and spare parts to ensure compliance with preventive and predictive maintenance plans. Execute corrective maintenance tasks. * Plan time and resources during scheduled maintenance shutdowns. Generate technical reports on completed maintenance tasks. * Lead assigned specialist teams and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * Ensure the integrity, proper operation, and availability of our clients' facilities. * Evaluate and develop suppliers and subcontractors. Generate requests for outsourced services. * Respond to plant emergencies 24/7 according to the assigned on-call schedule. **What you bring** * University degree in Electronic Engineering with more than 10 years of experience in maintenance at power generation plants or industries with highly complex equipment. * Experience in maintenance of turbines, generators, protection systems and control systems, dedicated PLC/Scada programming. * General knowledge of Electrical Power Plants. * Experience in developing and implementing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance routines. Proven experience managing personnel and large interdisciplinary work teams. * Written and oral communication skills in English.
