




Job Summary: We are seeking a DevOps Coordinator to lead CI/CD practices operationally, ensuring stable, agile, and traceable deployments while providing direct support to development teams. Coordinate the Release Management process and ensure deployments We seek a DevOps Coordinator to lead operational implementation of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices for our technology platform, providing direct support to development teams and ensuring stable, agile, and traceable deployments. Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines, resolving incidents and proposing improvements to guarantee reliable deployments. Manage Git repositories under GitFlow workflow, providing support and training to development teams. Provide technical support for deployments, environment configuration, and automation through custom script and tool development. **Coordinate the Release Management process:** prepare releases, validate artifacts, and execute deployments according to schedule, adhering to quality checklists. Document procedures and best practices, contributing to the maturity of the DevOps area. Requirements Degree in Engineering / Systems Science, Technical Degree in Development, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure administration roles. Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines, or similar). Experience with Docker (preferred); knowledge of Kubernetes (valued). Administrative-level expertise in Git and GitFlow (mandatory). Scripting in Bash, Python, or PowerShell. Knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). DevOps or Cloud certifications are a plus. Prior experience in corporate environments is valued.
