




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical student for equipment diagnosis, repair, customer service, and workshop management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnosis and repair of Home & Garden, PRO, and FC equipment. 2. In-person and telephone customer service at the workshop. 3. Reading of technical manuals and diagrams. ### **You’ll Be WOW at Kärcher** * **Receiving and delivering** equipment to customers. * **Entering information** related to repairs, equipment intake and dispatch, and task logging in CRM (Salesforce), as well as stock verification in SAP. * **Diagnosing and repairing** equipment (Home \& Garden, PRO, and FC), including disassembly and component identification. * **Inspecting returned equipment** and performing Pre\-Delivery checks. * **Reading and understanding** technical manuals, exploded diagrams, and electrical/hydraulic schematics. * **Providing in-person and telephone customer service** at the workshop for intake management and inquiries. ### **It Would Be WOW If You Brought This:** * **Academic Background:** Currently enrolled in a technical program (preferably Electromechanics or a similar technical field). * **Technical Skills:** Ability to read diagrams, use hand tools, and produce well-written budget reports. * **Behavioral Profile:** Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and willingness to provide customer service and manage conflicts. * **Availability:** 20 hours per week (per internship law). * **Location:** Residing in areas near **Benavidez** (preferred), with availability to attend Kärcher Center CABA if required. ### **Our WOW Kärcher Package:** **Health Insurance:** OSDE 210\. **Workplace Accident Insurance:** ART (Workers’ Risk Insurance). **Well-being Benefits:** Sport Club (special rate) and Birthday Day Off. **Want to WOW us?** Simply apply online and provide your contact details.
