Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Accountabilities** **About the Role** We are looking for a QA Semi-Senior to join an RPA team developing and maintaining Blue Prism automations. The role’s objective is to ensure end-to-end bot quality by actively participating from process analysis through to production release, focusing on defect prevention, operational stability, and continuous improvement. The position is hybrid, involving collaborative work with RPA development, business, and operations profiles. **Responsibilities** * Actively and consistently participate in team ceremonies (refinement, planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives), contributing a quality perspective and risk management. * Analyze requirements and processes to define test strategy and scope per release. * Design, execute, and maintain test cases (functional, regression, smoke, integration) with clear evidence. * Validate Blue Prism automations considering: business rules, exceptions, retries, timeouts, logs, audit trails, and controls. * Prepare and manage test data (files, parameters, users, credentials per policies, etc.). * Log and track defects, collaborating on analysis (reproduction, impact, severity, prioritization). * Propose improvements in test coverage, templates, checklists, standardization, and reduction of recurring errors. **Mandatory Requirements** * Experience as a QA Semi-Senior (manual/functional) in environments involving processes, integrations, or automation. * Experience working with Blue Prism or similar tools. * Testing knowledge: test design (equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, decision tables, negative testing, risk-based testing), traceability, and defect management. * Ability to interpret processes and think in end-to-end scenarios (including exceptions and alternate paths). * Reading/interpreting logs and troubleshooting (basic root cause analysis). * Strong communication and teamwork skills: proactivity, dynamism, autonomy, and ownership. * Availability for hybrid work mode. **Desirable Requirements** * Validation involving integrations: APIs, message queues, files (Excel/CSV/PDF), email, legacy systems. * Basic SQL knowledge for queries and validations. * Experience with management tools (Jira / ALM / Azure DevOps / ServiceNow or others) and evidence documentation. **Competencies We Value** * Early risk identification. * Focus on continuous improvement and standardization. * Ability to prioritize based on impact and risk. * Organization and rigor in evidence and tracking. **Requirements and Qualifications** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
