Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock index. **Job Description*** Serve as the main point of contact for issues affecting our partners, doing everything possible to improve service quality and the final experience for all our users. * Maintain smooth communication with key partners to provide support and follow-up. * Maintain effective communication with each partner’s operational contacts to develop and execute concrete action plans impacting their internal daily operations and interactions with PEYA. * Identify and report deviations through the creation and monitoring of reports. * Conduct comprehensive operational analysis, draw data-driven conclusions, and formulate hypotheses. * Design and implement internal and cross-functional improvements/projects to ensure optimal partner performance. * Take initiative in rapidly testing new practices/features. * Visit locations to identify improvement opportunities and share best practices. * Be responsible for communication with internal PedidosYa teams. **Requirements*** Graduates or advanced students in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * At least one year of experience in similar roles involving customer portfolio follow-up and client interaction. * At least one year of experience in similar operational analysis roles handling large volumes of data and project management. * Experience managing projects using different methodologies. * Knowledge of Business Intelligence and SQL (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI). **Additional Information** Talent diversity strengthens our Cooltura and our organization.
