Job Summary: Tecpetrol is seeking a Field Operations Engineer for Neuquén - Vaca Muerta, with responsibilities including reporting field updates, collaborating on planning and implementation, and coordinating simultaneous tasks. Coordinate simultaneous tasks across operational departments Tecpetrol seeks a Petroleum, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineer with up to 2 years of field operations experience to serve as a PAD Operation Engineer in its **Neuquén \- Vaca Muerta** operations. Primary responsibilities include: * Reporting field updates regarding improvement opportunities and key developments occurring during site construction, drilling, pre\-frac, stimulation, and post\-frac phases of an unconventional project. * Actively collaborate in evaluating, planning, implementing, and monitoring action measures defined to achieve objectives related to improvement opportunities. * Actively collaborate with the operational planning team to identify alerts and deviations from short- and medium-term schedules. * Actively participate in proposing, analyzing, and coordinating simultaneous tasks across departments when operationally required. This role is field-based, requiring overnight stays at drilling or completion rigs. The work schedule will be 14 days on / 7 days off for an initial period of 6 months, followed by a 14 days on / 14 days off schedule. Requirements: * Graduates in Petroleum, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering. * Intermediate English proficiency (Advanced preferred). * Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, and Power BI (Intermediate/Advanced preferred). ***Information:*** Sector: PAD Operation Country of Work: Argentina (AR) Direct Supervisor: VILLEGAS Guillermo
