Collaborative environment and opportunities for growth. **Packing Operator** --------------- **We seek a Packing Operator with technical training and proven production experience, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or continuous production companies. We want proactive, solution-oriented individuals passionate about continuous improvement.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **This role ensures the proper functioning of the packaging department, meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards to guarantee that the final product reaches its packaging in optimal condition.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- **The candidate will perform key functions within the production department, including:** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Comply with safety standards** ------------------------------------------- **Perform Safety Checklists, calculate the ISM for the department, and take corrective actions on ISM deviations to restore normality** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Know and apply the safety tools defined by the company (BOS/MSRA/Event Reporting, etc.)** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Execute quality controls and defined process control standards accurately and on time.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Apply decision trees regarding product quality.** -------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Report quality deviations to process owners.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------- **Complete required information records accurately and on time as defined by the company.** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Perform and maintain cleanliness of the operator’s line and area, following established standards.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Participate in and execute the company-defined meeting systems.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Prepare and verify packaging materials against standards** --------------------------------------------------------------------- **Load materials into the packaging machine** --------------------------------------- **Assemble bags/boxes and seal them** ------------------------------------------ **Label bags/boxes with DUM labels** -------------------------------------------------- **Case-pack products per specifications and apply coding** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Assemble and stretch-wrap finished product pallets** ------------------------------------------------------ **Place product expiry labels on pallets** ------------------------------------------------------------- **Reprocessing/Recovery/Contract manufacturing of products, and record them accordingly** ---------------------------------------------------------------------- **Execute format changeovers on box sealing machines** ----------------------------------------------------- **Clear the packaging department line** ------------------------------------------------------- **Manage coding changes due to format/SKU changes** ------------------------------------------------------------------- **Provide backup support across all production lines.** ------------------------------------------------------- **Requirements** -------------- * **Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in similar roles.** --------------------------------------------------------------- * **Availability: Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night).** --------------------------------------------------------------- * **Education: Completed technical secondary education (mechanical, electromechanical, or related field).** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **What We Offer You** ---------------------------- Our purpose—Breaking Barriers for Well-being—gives meaning to everything we do.
