We are looking to hire a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for our Renova Quequén plant — a key role to ensure operational continuity and excellence in our processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities for mechanical equipment. * Manage planning and execution of maintenance work in coordination with plant operational areas. * Lead scheduled shutdowns and ensure availability of spare parts, materials, and services. * Promote a culture of safety, quality, food safety, and environmental stewardship. * Lead maintenance teams by providing technical support and guiding personnel development. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment reliability and performance. **Required Technical Profile:** * Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance (mandatory). * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Technology. * Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, and reliability analysis. * Leadership, planning, and coordination capabilities across various operational areas. **Location:** Quequén, Buenos Aires. **At Bunge (NYSE:** BG), our purpose is to connect farmers with consumers to deliver essential food, feed, and fuel to the world.
