Job Summary: We are seeking a Truck Driver for mining transportation and logistics, ensuring safe and efficient cargo transport while complying with safety regulations and procedures. At Ceta Capital Humano – Mining Division, we are currently looking for a TRUCK DRIVER to join a major company engaged in transportation and logistics operations for the mining sector. Work Location: Salta Job Objective The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of cargo, adhering to scheduled itineraries, current regulations, and established safety procedures. The role may also involve participating in escort operations using a vehicle within mining convoys. Main Responsibilities Operate chassis trucks and/or tractors for cargo transportation. Verify vehicle and cargo documentation during loading and unloading processes. Inspect the condition, integrity, and status of transported goods. Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. Identify and report mechanical, electrical, or operational anomalies. Strictly comply with road safety regulations and established procedures. Maintain continuous communication with the Logistics Operations Coordination team. Report updates, incidents, and trip status during transit. Keep the vehicle clean and in proper working condition. Participate in convoy escort duties when required. Maintain up-to-date licenses, authorizations, and required documentation. Requirements Completed secondary education (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Valid professional driving license E1 for General Cargo and Hazardous Cargo. Health Certificate and Food Handling Certification. Knowledge of national and regional routes, especially in high-altitude and Puna regions. Familiarity with transportation and road safety regulations. Basic knowledge of mechanics and preventive maintenance. Experience or knowledge related to security protocols and convoy operations. Availability to work under high-altitude conditions and on roads with difficult access.
