Team leadership and continuous process improvement **Job Description and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- **Schedule:** Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts) **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Area of Operation:** Manufacturing, Logistics Key Responsibilities: * Plan and coordinate daily logistics operations. * Supervise operations of a team of approximately 150 people. * Lead, develop, and support work teams on rotating shifts. * Ensure parts availability to sustain production continuity. * Monitor and control performance indicators. * Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in processes. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards, including ISO 9000 and ISO 14000\. * Guarantee compliance with transportation, safety, and logistics management regulations. **Requirements** -------------- * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations or production management with personnel reporting responsibilities. * Automotive industry experience will be valued. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Portuguese language skills will be considered an asset, though not mandatory. * SAP knowledge (desirable). * Availability to work rotating shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional requirements on Saturdays and Sundays. **About the Company** ------------------- Stellantis is one of the world’s leading automakers and a company committed to providing clean, safe, and accessible mobility solutions for all.
