This position will be responsible for building and strengthening strategic relationships with key clients in the international trade sector, ensuring a comprehensive service experience and supporting sustainable business growth. The role will also play a critical part in identifying opportunities for improvement, operational efficiency, and commercial development. ### **Key** **Responsibilities** * Manage and strengthen relationships with strategic clients. * Identify, develop, and oversee business opportunities at local and regional levels. * Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient operations and an exceptional service experience. * Analyze performance of key accounts and generate relevant insights for decision-making. * Participate in commercial negotiations and in defining client solutions. * Identify opportunities to improve import and export processes. * Provide support on customs compliance and commercial regulatory matters. * Identify and resolve operational issues that may impact customer service. ### **What** **We’re** **Looking** **For** * University degree in International Trade or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of terminal management, transportation, logistics, or supply chain. * Experience in sales and international client management. * **Intermediate** **or** **advanced** **English.** * Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic relationship-building skills. * Analytical capability and results orientation. ### **What** **We** **Offer** At APM Terminals, we promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
