JOB RESPONSIBILITIES **Handling technical inquiries by phone:** users and installers. **Handling technical inquiries via email and/or WhatsApp:** users and installers. Testing and verification of failures based on complaints. Providing feedback on data and information given by customers. WORKING CONDITIONS **Working hours:** 8 AM to 4 PM.
