Opportunity to make an impact in a global company **SHE Analyst (Safety, Health \& Environment)** ================================================ **Tortuguitas, Argentina** **Department:** Supply Chain – SHE **Job Purpose** ---------------------- Support plant operational areas in implementing, executing, and continuously improving Unilever’s Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards, thereby strengthening a world-class safety culture and ensuring compliance with corporate standards, legal requirements, and the company’s best practices. This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals or advanced students seeking to grow within a dynamic industrial environment while actively participating in safety, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives. **What will be your impact?** -------------------------- * Drive the implementation of Unilever’s SHE standards across various plant departments. * Contribute to strengthening the safety culture through analysis, prevention, and continuous improvement. * Participate in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks. * Transform data and indicators into concrete actions that help prevent incidents and improve site performance. * Support digitalization and process simplification projects related to SHE. **What will you do in this role?** --------------------------- ### **Occupational Safety and Health Management** * Support site departments in implementing SHE, BeSafe, and UMS Safety Pillar standards. * Participate in occupational safety and health risk assessments. * Support the implementation of preventive controls for critical activities. * Collaborate on change management processes impacting safety. ### **Compliance and Governance** * Support tracking applicable legal requirements. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Collaborate on tracking action plans arising from audits, inspections, and incidents. * Actively participate in SHE committees and initiatives. ### **Investigation and Analysis** * Participate in investigations of accidents, incidents, near misses, and non-conformities. * Conduct root cause analyses and track corrective and preventive actions. * Analyze SHE trends and indicators to identify improvement opportunities. * Generate reports and analyses to support decision-making. ### **Training and Culture** * Support the implementation of training and awareness programs. * Promote safety campaigns and initiatives for employees and contractors. * Support activities aimed at reinforcing the site’s preventive culture. ### **Transformation and Continuous Improvement** * Participate in digitalization projects for SHE processes and tools. * Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve management efficiency. * Promote the use of digital tools to optimize indicator analysis and tracking. **What do you need to apply?** -------------------------------- ### **✅ Requirements** * Advanced student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Hygiene, Bachelor’s Degree in Hygiene and Safety, or related fields. * Prior experience in industry or production environments (desirable). * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health. * Intermediate level of English. * Proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge of Power BI (desirable). * Interest in digitalization, automation, and process improvement. **What will set you apart?** -------------------------- * Passion for safety and caring for people. * Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset. * Proactivity and initiative to challenge the status quo. * Digital skills and data-driven orientation. * Analytical ability to identify trends and opportunities. * Excellent communication and collaborative working skills. * Enthusiasm for taking on challenges and growing within a global company. * Eagerness to learn, grow, and make an impact on operations. **Why Unilever?** ---------------------- At Unilever, we believe safety is the foundation of everything we do.
