Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst with systemic vision, analytical skills, and proactivity to drive digital transformation and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Your role will be pivotal in consolidating and interpreting member quality and satisfaction indicators, facilitating root cause analysis and promoting continuous improvement independently from operational areas. We invite you to join our team! **Your main challenges will be:** **Indicator Analysis:** Consolidate, analyze, and interpret quality and satisfaction indicators across functions, integrating diverse measurement sources to promptly detect deviations. **Report Management:** Ensure and manage necessary reports and dashboards for decision-making bodies and stakeholders regarding achieved results, deviations, and potential deviations of monitored metrics. **Root Cause Analysis:** Collaborate, facilitate, and manage the methodology for root cause analysis of identified findings and deviations, verifying the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented. **Monitoring and Metrics:** Monitor critical operational indicators impacting customer satisfaction and propose incorporating key control points or metrics into operational processes. **Continuous Improvement and Quality:** Promote adherence to quality standards and implementation of continuous improvement tools across all organizational areas. **Document Management:** Administer and maintain the organization’s document and knowledge base, ensuring compliance with guidelines and standards of the Documented Information Management process. **Interaction and Follow-up:** Maintain contact with Managers, Department Heads, and Transformation Champions for indicator tracking, report presentations, and action management. Requirements What are we looking for in you? **Education:** Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in comprehensive roles involving Process Analysis, Continuous Improvement, Operational Auditing, or Quality Assurance, preferably within the healthcare ecosystem. **Knowledge:** Systemic understanding of the business model, quality management (PDCA Cycle, Continuous Improvement tools, ISO 9001:2015 standard) and statistical quality tools. Familiarity with healthcare regulations is desirable. * ️ Tools: Proficiency in BI tools (Qlik Sense, QlikView), Sales Force, SaludSoft, VPN, Office, and Isotools Interact.
